Q&AGEISS and QAJV2 are Small Business Administration-approved 8(a) Mentor-Protege Joint Ventures between Q&A Diversified LLC and AGEISS Inc.® Both of our firms offer expertise in environmental services, engineering support services, facilities support services, construction management services, and professional services for federal agencies nationwide.
Q&A Diversified LLC (Q&A) was founded in 2013 to provide environmental consulting solutions. Their engineers, scientists, and construction managers have over 50 years of combined experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs for the US Air Force, Air Guard, and Army, as well as Industrial and Commercial customers.
AGEISS has provided more than $350 million in engineering and environmental services to federal and state agencies nationwide and overseas since 1988. Staff support nearly every facet of federal facility operations. AGEISS helps clients meet new demands for efficiency, environmental sustainability, and readiness in the context of a changing world.

- Contracting Officer helps the agency and Q&AGEISS agree on terms, awards contract.
